Hello. I’m Sonia Beldom, a psychotherapist specialising in hypnotherapy, the scientific approach that works.

I’m also qualified in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) to help support you in transforming your life and communication skills.   And for the pasty twenty years I have enjoyed a very rewarding career as a speaker coach and media trainer.

I can help you over your struggles with anxiety, stress, phobias, bad health habits and the fear of public speaking. I understand that life can be overwhelming. I’ve been there and with professional support and building a new emotional and support framework I got through it. Hypnotherapy was life-changing for me, so I decided to study and qualify in solution-focussed hypnotherapy to add it to the skill set I currently use to provide support and therapeutic change.
